Cancellation Policy

Upon placing your order, we (Phoenix Fires NW Ltd) will take a minimum 25% deposit.

Should we for any reason be unable to complete your installation as discussed, we will return your full deposit on the day of survey.

If we are unable to complete the installation for reasons down to yourself, then we shall deduct a 25% re-stocking charge from the deposit paid and then return the balance to the card or bank account used to place the original order.
